Spohr's average job time seems to be about nine months. Here's

So I'm confused. Mr. Spohr has been preaching since the beginning (and especially since the switch of delivering companies) how committed he is to the customers and to this paper. Then he decides to leave. While I wish him the best in his new position, it feels like he is abandoning ship. Am I alone in feeling this way?
