There are 33 comments on the CV story about the New York City killer who decided to vacation at Sherman Hills aka Don't Worry, We Love Out-of-State Scum City.
Some are even more intemperate than me, but all are on the same page that Sherman Hills is a mess, no one is at the wheel and something, anything needs to be done. Here's one such post:
New York to Wilkes-Barre to Scranton! This is their distribution hub! They didn't run here to hide. They came to distribute drugs. TDhese thugs have a woman at each subsidized or section 8 housing complex. They go back and forth, staying at their woman's apartment selling and distributing their drugs. Very often you see one apartment that is the babysitting service for the women to dump their kids off while they sell the drugs. The housing authorities do not manage their own housing properly. Once a tenant moves in there are no checks to see who or how many are living in the apartments a month later. No one walks around to observe what is really going on. These apartments have an amazing amount of traffic running in and out of them all night long.
