That's right. Why should one subsidized housing complex have a monopoly on all the crazed gangbangers, street scum and sociopaths? After all, this is America, where everyone is free to aim as high -- or, in this case, as low -- as their little perverted hearts desire.
More kudos should also be handed out to the NRA for their enlightened stand on gun control and, of course, the PC crowd, for not noticing the color of most of these perpetrators.
